After updating on of my installations, which was successful, no collections display. I have checked everything in the control panel and the setting appear to be correct. Any suggestions?

Have you tried refreshing the browser/emptying the browser cache?

Yes Peter, I tried that as well as restarting the appPool and deleting the site cache. None where successful.
