I've just installed Document Exchange but am getting the following javascript error:-
Message: Access is denied.
Line: 24
Char: 7045
Code: 0
Telerik.Web.UI.WebResource.axd
I've tried googling but haven;t got very far.
Can you help?

The error indicates that your IIS is not configured correctly. The mentioned .axd releases scripts that the uploader uses. If IIS doesn't allow .axd paths to go to the right place then it will fail. Do you have .net 3.5 installed?

We do have .NET 3.5 installed and the site is in IIS7.
I'm checking with the developer about the setup in IIS.

We have a portal load balanced across three servers behind a hardware load-balancer (ServerIrnon)
Web server is IIS 7
The site is only available over https, but SSL decryption is handled by the load-balancer (not IIS)
Server stickiness is handled through cookies.
Document module works fine if requests are made to one of the servers directly, and through the balanced address the document module initially displays perfectly, but when you click on a folder the module then hangs and the following 'Error on Page' is shown:
Webpage error details

You'll need to contact DNN Corp about this one. The call to Telerik.Web.UI.WebResource.axd is not from DMX in any case. I can't tell which component makes the request that is causing the issue.
