Hello Bring2Mind, I am using Root Pattern and using a custom profile token [Profile:CustomerName]. It works well and we use it to assign groups of users to one folder. However, when HOST user clicks on that page, there is no custom profile for that user, and the page creates about 15 blank sub folders. Is there a better way to handle this? In the meantime, I am logging in as ADMIN but others will log in as host in future. Maybe, I can phrase this differently, is there a way to prevent DMX creating those 15 folders if it cannot find a Root Pattern for that user? thanks Mark

Hi Mark, You'll need to have another instance of DMX (on another page) for the host and similar users that don't have that profile property. Peter

BTW, I'll add the blank folder creation issue to the todo list. That's a bug.
