When I click on Edit Permissions for a folder the check boxes for the built in DNN Administrators group are disabled for View, Edit and Add. All ofther groups have the check boxes enabled.
This occurs on all folders that I check permissions on. Is there a way to enable those check boxes?

By design the portal admins have access to all content. This cannot be changed. It follows the general DNN guideline in this. The permissions grid is a copy of the core permissions grid and implements this.

Thanks Peter.
Reason for asking was the Administrators group no longer had Add and Edit permissions to any folder. Managed to readd the add and edit permissions back through the DB.

There is a script under Admin > Run Scripts called "repair permissions" which runs through all content and ensures admins have access to everything. Just in case you need it again.
Best,
Peter
