Good morning- I have been asked to find out how DMX handles file encryption when emailing files. There is a good chance we would want to be able to use DMX to handle documents containing client-sensitive information such as date of birth, social security numbers, other HIPAA data for our Medicaid division, adoption information for our child welfare division, etc. When we use Outlook for email, it scans all attachements for sensitivie information and then sends it through an encryption process, it doesn't look like this is the case when the email is sent out through our DNN/DMX portal. Also wondering about file security in DMX in general, not just for those files that we email through DMX. Thanks! Julie |
