Why would someone be getting a Document Change notification which reads "The following actions have taken place on documents you are tracking"? The email goes on to provide the name of the file, who deleted it, the date/time it was done and then provides a link.
This person is not subscribed to any folders. I confirmed this by looking in both their “Subscribed Content” folder as well as the folder the document was deleted from.
No one on this site wants to be notified when a document is added, edited, moved or deleted. Where do I go to remove these notifications?

That is a subscription email. The user must be subscribed to the item itself or a higher folder (can be any higher folder in the hierarchy). If stuck then open the table DMX_Subscriptions in SQL and look for records for that UserID.
To remove all subscriptions: DELETE FROM DMX_Subscriptions
Note other notifications may be sent according to the notification matrix on the Notifications screen of DMX. But these have slightly different wording.

I have had some users experiencing the same issue. I checked DMX_Subscriptions and the users receiving the notification messages are not listed in the table.

Right, my user is not signed up for subcriptions either. I have solved my problem though.
From the DOCUMENT tab I clicked on ADMIN and then selected NOTIFICATIONS. From the DOCUMENT EXCHANGE NOTIFICATION I removed CORE_SUBSCRIBER from the Delete row under Owner and then selected Update from the bottom of the screen.
I asked that the user create and then delete another document - no more notifications.
Good luck!

Ah, yes. That's another way to check that. The email is indeed called CORE_SUBSCRIBER. And you should be able to find it on the notifications matrix.
Best,
Peter
