Is it possible to hide the help link for all non admin users?

It needs a bit of XSLT knowledge. The file portals/[id]/DMX/Menu/AdminMenu.resources is an XSLT file that renders this menu. If you know your way around XSL you'll quickly see what is happening in that file. You could encapsulate the Help menu in an xsl:if statement where you test for the user's admin status. There are examples of that in the help menu itself as it tests whether to show certain links or not.

I made the following change in the AdminMenu.resources file and the help link is still showing.
Am I missing something?

I'd just like to ' VOTE' that a tick box feature to show/hide help menu be added to next version... :-)

thanks

Alternatively, it would be great to be able to choose which items appear in the help menu.
Thanks

OK, I'll make it an option.

Fantastic, thank you. The help documents are aimed at quite a technical user, so this will be good.
