A 404 error is produced when selecting the "Zip and Download" command from the "Folder" menu. Is this a configuration or possibly a permissions issue. It occurs even when logged in as "host".

The URL that is requested upon issuing the command is:

http://domain.com/site_ro...oadmethod=attachment

Thank you for any assistance you can provide in resolving this.

Something went wrong with the link. Can you go to the module settings and confirm the module settings (i.e. press update). The EntryId in the querystring should not be -1. If that doesn't help then: are you trying to zip up the complete repository (i.e. the "Document Exchange" root folder)? How about a subfolder?

I've confirmed the module settings (pressed "update"), but the issue remains.

The issue seems to occur no matter what level in the folder structure I'm at. I'm not trying to zip the entire repository.

Checking the URL that produces the 404 error, the EntryID parameter does have a value of -1.

Do you have any further suggestions for troubleshooting/resolving this issue?

Any further suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be appreciated. You had indicated that the EntryId should not be -1. In our case, it is -1. What would cause the EntryId to be -1 and what configuration would I change to correct this?

OK. I'm back from DNNWorld in Orlando.

About this case: the EntryId is set in the menu based on what you've selected in the tree/grid. For some reason this is -1. If you want I'll have a look if you send me url/login details to me by email. Otherwise you could try to reset menus at this point.
