Is it possible to select a specific folder in the tree via a URL parameter? If so, how? My client likes the LetterBox add-on but wants a hyperlink to check on "My unapproved items" in the Document Exchange module. Our ultimate goal is to allow the user to verify that their specific files have been successfully uploaded (beyond our just saying so). Linking to the "My unapproved items" folder in the overall document tree seems like the best way to me. But we're open to other possibilities. |

You can go to a page with DMX on it and pre-empt it to load a specific folder/file by specifying the entryID in the querystring (you can see this in action by clicking 'Navigate to" on the item menu). However, it does this on the right (in the file grid), not on the left in the tree view (it loads the parent on the left). The templated view, however, doesn't have a tree view and so loads immediately in that resource. Peter |

Thanks for this hint, Peter. This works well for "real" folders in the hierarchy. But what about "pseudo-folders" such as "My unapproved items"? Are they accessible via URL? I don't see a way to use the "Navigate" trick to get a URL to this folder. |

Try using 'node=XYZ' where XYZ is one of nonapproveditems, nonapprovedowneditems, recyclebin, ent123, cat123. Where the 123 correspond to the IDs. |
