Point Hyperlink in DMX to a UNC SHARE

Hi Peter, We are using DMX 6.0.4. Is it possible for me to add a hyperlink in DMX that points to a file on UNC share by giving the URL as file://\\servername\folder1\file1? If I just take the file path and paste it in browser, it works fine and opens the file. However when I take the same path and paste it in the URL of a hyperlink, it does not do anything. Please let me know if it is possible or not. Thanks, Chhavi
