Cannot change upload provider

If I go to admin / upload provider and select any of the upload providers listed it resets back to AspnetUploadProvider. I select an upload provider the browser automatically refreshes and does not show the item selected.

Please contact me by email with a link to the site. From the looks of it there are issues at multiple levels with the installation.

Intersting. It is related to the url rewriting. The control relaods with the name of the new provider in the querystring. This is picked up in the control and compared with the list of providers. As it happens, this has not been lowercased. But the url does get lowercased in your case. So the match fails and it reverts to the first in the list. You'll find the mechanism also fails on the Search and Storage settings screens. I've included a fix in 6.1.2. Peter

i thought i tested it with rewriting turned off but maybe when i turn it off for the page it doesn't turn off the case adjustment for the page just the friendly adjustments.
