Sorry if this is not the best place to post this question.

I am currently using a trial version of the DMX Document Exchange and having a few issues with documents syncing.

1. I have installed the module, added it to a page and added new documents and files no problem.
2. I have then placed the professional document library module on another page and restricted the tree to a particular folder
3. I have then added more files and folders using the DMX module.
4. I then navigate back to the page referenced in point 2 and the new folders appear but not the newly added files. The only way I can get them to appear is to go to the settings on the document library module then Global Settings > File System Options and manually sync the files.

Please could you advise on what I can do to get the files to automatically sync, I do not want to ask users to go into settings each time they add new files and do a manual sync.

Hi Nicola,

This is not something we can influence. We are solely responsible for the DMX module, not the DNN framework or the Document Library module of the DNN PE edition.
