Hi Shannen, The short answer is "yes", you can have multiple instances with different information. The typical setup will have a main "Administrative" instance where you build your document folder tree, and can apply specific DNN user/group permissions to these folders as required. Then, you can add additional instances on other pages where you set the "root" folder for these other instances to point to one of the folders you created in the Administrative instance. For example, you may have two folders in the Administrative instance: Sales Marketing Then you could add a DMX instance on the Sales page pointing to just show the Sales folder (and sub-folders, of course).
