So, I updated to the latest version of the DMX Document Management tool (6.1.5) and my entire website has buggered up. I always clone the server, before running any kind of update. Clone: Can login as Super Admin no problems. Website is running fast No problems at all with DMX (sync'ing etc) Live (with new DMX installed, nothing else): Can no longer log in as Super Admin anymore. DMX SyncFolder job reporting: DMX SyncFolder Task Failed folder sync. Message: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. I'm sure there are other issues, but I'm not going to spend all day trying to find them. The entire live server will be rolled back to cloned version. Hmm, what could have gone wrong? |
