Hi Peter,

Yesterday, for the first time since I startted using DMX on one of my client's sites, Everyone got an email like the following:

This had never happened before and I have made no recent changes to the module. Can you tell me what triggered this?

Is it possible that you changed the SMTP configuration on the site?

Hi Mitch,

No I have not changed the SMTP settings in the Host area since I origninally set up the site.

You've checked a checkbox on the "Approve" column on the permissions of one of the folders. If you check a checkbox in that column, the approval mechanism will kick in and any new document will remain unapproved until approved, and all those that have that approve permission, will receive the above email.
