We have a portal that includes a trial copy of DMX. We have purchased DMX and want to activate it. The License options are not visible on either the Control Panel or Manage Button. How do I get the License screen to show again?

1. Make sure you're logged in as host
2. Make sure you're in edit mode so you see the pencil menu with the license button
3. Uncheck the trial checkbox to bring up the account/invoice text boxes.
