We have a folder on our site that we ftp to and have DMX import all of the files from it. This has worked flawlessly for a long time. This week one of our users noticed that the files were no longer importing. I ran a couple of scripts, Repair Permissions - which completed successfully and Synchronize all SyncFolders in Portal - which generated the following log:

The "access denied" seems to indicate to me a permission issue. Any suggestions on how to address/fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.
