Hi, I'm getting complaints from users that it's very hard for them to click the sub-menu options - they seem to disappear as soon as you move the cursor to the right to select an item.

Example: Right click a folder - menu comes up - move cursor to New - and sometimes you can slide over to hit Folder or other option and the sub menu (the one with New) disappears.

It seems to be related to the width of the folder on the menu. I think it's getting caught on the pixels between the menus - and closing the sub menu. It seems worse when the pixels between the menus lay on the slider bar between the tree and the doc list.

I've been able to repeat it - and sometimes it's frustrating.

I can't seem to add pix here - would be willing to share or do remote.

Any possible solutions?

Any response to this? I've also had several problems myself when adding documents. Is there a specific place to report issues to see if they can be resolved or worked-around? Thanks!
