Hi Team, We have observed that we are unable to download the documents from 'Document Exchange Shop' module using IE8. The download works fine in IE9 and rest of the browsers. Please look into this and provide us the solution at the earliest. The version of the module is 1.4.2. We have this issue on our production site and this is affecting our online business. Please consider this request with priority. Many thanks |
