I recently moved our DNN application using Document Exchange to a new server.
After the move the schedule is running but with errors.
The files in syched folders are being moved to the approproiate folder in DMX folder (year/month) however, the database isn't being written to so the files are not being displayed in the document window for users.
Schedule error message
"Failed folder sync. Message: Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'id', table 'db1148805_dnnihm9.dbo.DMX_Log'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.
The statement has been terminated., "
The data base is in the same location and DNN can write to the db.
Anyone any thoughts. |
