Hi, I'm getting this error when upgrading from 3.7.2 to 6.011: Info Start Sql execution: 04.00.00.SqlDataProvider file Failure SQL Execution resulted in following Exceptions: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): The index 'IX_EntryID' is dependent on column 'entid'. ALTER TABLE ALTER COLUMN entid failed because one or more objects access this column. Has anyone come across this before

All Admin Options: 404 - File or directory not found. 3228 1

We have an activated license for the module &91;Document Exchange 6.1.7&93;, but none of the administration settings of the module can be modified. Instead, each and every option under the admin tab (from 'Categories' to 'Languages') redirects to a 404 page: 404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. How can we remedy this issue

I've got a few questions/problems with a new installation. 1) Notifications: I can receive Audit notifications from DMX fine. I need to send notifications on Add of documents only. Hi, I just rebuilt my system to upgrade to DNN 7.0.4. I then installed DMX 6.0.4, and successfully activated it. However, when I view the page now, there is no interface, just a large blue box (the size of the normal DMX interface) with a tab on the bottom that says 'Reset Menus'. How can I get the interface back TIA.

not sure where this should go, so here it is. i have DNN 6.2 with DMX 6.0.4. on the emails that are sent out to let subscribers know of an update to a file, how can we edit what is in the email i am sure there is no management interface but where is the file or files involved. i want to be able to tell the user the containing folder, in this case, keep moving up folders till it reaches the top level folder and include that info with the name of the file.

I'm setting up my Document Exchange for the first time, and it does not send email notifications. It will say that the file was sent, but the files are not received. Other applications are able to use our DNN site's SMTP settings to send out notifications. How can I start troubleshooting this issue

I'm trying to debug an error related to RadUpload I'm getting after file upload. The upload works but I get an alert message(details below) So when I go to the Admin > Web.Config for DMX and click the toggle button for RadUpload under IIS7 the setting doesn't turn on.
