host users cannot see category entries in cat shortlist module 3680 4

In a category shortlist module our host users cannot see the entries, in the ajax panel view they can (we are using the default ascx). Other users with, sufficient rights on the category, can see the entries in both modules. we are using dnn623, dmx 6.1.5, catshortlist 2.6.0 Any ideas Peter

Converting Trial Site to Purchased Site 3518 1

We have a portal that includes a trial copy of DMX. We have purchased DMX and want to activate it. The License options are not visible on either the Control Panel or Manage Button. How do I get the License screen to show again Thanks, Jim

When trying to build my DNN solution in Visual Studio (running DNN 07.01.01 (385)), I get the following build error: Build error: Could not load type 'Bring2mind.DNN.Modules.DMX.Controls.DispatchShell'. The Document Exchange version is 6.1.6 (I'm running a trial version for evaluation purposes). Is there a way to fix this Thanks! Joe

Error when adding DMX Navigator to a page 4058 1

Hi, I downloaded DMX Navigator 2.2.1 and installed it to DNN 7.0.4 using the install wizard. We are running Document Exchange 6.1.4. When I try to add Navigator to a page with a templated view instance of DMX already added to the page, I get this error: Error: Navigator is currently unavailable. DNN: 06.02.07 (3) DMX; 6.1.5 Seems to be a path issue Can upload documents but cannot display/download/directlink/view them. Example: A critical error has occurred. Could not find a part of the path 'c:\1\file_20130604_144339_EwUVvw_0.resources'.

So, I updated to the latest version of the DMX Document Management tool (6.1.5) and my entire website has buggered up. I always clone the server, before running any kind of update. Clone: Can login as Super Admin no problems. I have tried all three methods of activation to try to activate a trial version of Document Exchange. Our client would like to try it out before we purchase it. I would greatly appreciate some assistance as our project is on hold due to this issue.

I have a client that maybe interested in purchasing this module. I just want to make sure they can have different instances of the module on their website that will show different information/files. Just installed 6.1.05. In IE 8, the menu shows the toggle icons ( and -) for expanding/contracting but they do not show in Chrome. In Chrome, the menus line up correctly...by this I mean that right clicking on a folder, selecting New, and the submenu is directly beside allowing you to mouse over to File/Folder/Hyperlink option. Hello, We tried installing the DMX module to a 06.01.02 site, and installation failed—it said installation was successful, but the module wasn't showing up in Host < Extensions. I checked via FTP and the folder DesktopModules\Bring2mind\DMX was there but it didn't create the 'Resources' folder. I also tried deleting the folder and files and re-installing it; installation failed that time and I did capture the failure message. Using SQL Server Management Studio we see there are tables created....
