I haven't written much about DMX developments lately, so here is a small note to inform you that no news is good news. A lot of progress has been made on a new secondary UI for the module that will allow you to make it look like anything you want. It has been a thrill to see this in action I can tell you. The goal was to create a configurable UI that would allow users to control the look and feel of the module as well as be able to skin it better. Another goal was to see if we could speed up the UI by cutting features that might not be necessary in a 'presentation front-end' scenario. So you'd use the Ajax UI for the back-end management of documents and all the powerful features, but have a lean and fast front-end for viewers and occasional editors. This I hope, will prove to be a popular feature. From your feedback this is what was deduced anyway.
Currently the module is in beta testing. It will be released as DMX 5. Note that all DMX 4 customers with a valid license (within the service period) get the upgrade for free through the regular channels. Release is expected to fall within this Month, still.
